This is an outrage! How is it the most innovative war game of the year didn't win this one? Why I must have voted for "Small World" a dozen times myself. I demand a recount.

Small World? SMALL WORLD?
I thought it was Smalls World. I didn't see how a game about underwear could be considered a wargame.

Oh and a good winner, all - Unhappy King Charles is a very good game!

In a man-to-man fight, the winner is he who has one more round in his magazine.
Experience teaches us that it is much easier to prevent an enemy from posting themselves than it is to dislodge them after they have got possession.

Congrats to the winners! I had 2 of the 3 right...

Your mouse hovered over the badge? Congratulations! It has been immersed in acid and perished. Do you want to try again?
The monster you seek can be found somewhere in a tower in Terra Australis Ignota.

Well done!
Now to actually play my copy of Unhappy King Charles...

Do I win a holiday in Hawaii or a set of steak knives?
At 600 votes you must be the biggest or one of the biggest awards in the Hobby. well done.

Yep congrats to charles. It will be interesting to see how the results of this compare to the Golden Geek awards. It is also interesting that WoG did much worse here than the CSRs. I wonder if the lack of CoH doing well might have something to do with it. Regardless well done to all the winners.

Amazing. I expected CC
acific under the first five games, also had Devil's Cauldron as a hot runner for the first few places but Unhappy King Charles totally surprised me.
Is there a list of all the games that were in the run? Just wondering if I was the only one for Barbarossa: Kiev to Rostov.
Thanks, was a pleasant experience.
Now - where is my paycheck since I did not receive any bribes for being in the committee (just joking)...
