Yes, I have a copy of the expansion, as it hit one of the local stores today (which I was not expecting). I took a long lunch break to go buy it, so I probably shouldn't even be on BGG posting more about it during the workday. But, here's the list of alien names...I can follow up with more info tonight.
Locust Fungus Bully Magician Fury Chronos Mercenary Genius Cryo Merchant Ghoul Deuce Plant Guerrilla Disease Seeker Leviathan Ethic Sniveler Symbiote
Back to work for me. I'll post more after work.

Now that I am soaking it in more, I see that Filth is not on the list. !!!?!!! Am I to take it that filthy looking alien is Disease?

Bully is the big surprise for me.
And it looks like an even 10 — exactly half — of the aliens are homebrew/first-time powers. Very interesting.
More discussion here, if anyone is interested.

So we know that
Fungus Bully Chronos Deuce Plant Disease Seeker Ethic Sniveler Symbiote
are previously published, and my first instinct is that Guerrilla is a renamed Terrorist

I’m really surprised with Ethic, Bully and Symbiote. Another surprise is the absence of Filth. I’m glad to see that Chronos and Disease are in the group.
Cryo and Leviathan are very cool, I’m very happy to see them in Incursion. Great job Jack.

Guerrilla is not Terrorist, but something new. Simple and nice.

Not a lucre power, obviously. Not exactly like the Pat Riley revamp that Bill just started tinkering with, but still a fine non lucre version. It really didn't ever need to be a lucre power, though it wasn't bad as one.

I wonder if any of the classics (e.g. Chronos) were updated, like Deuce was. (IIRC.)
Also excited about the mix of aliens! Seeker (personal fav.) made the cut; we have another meta-power (now all we need is changeling...) and two mouth-watering planet-based powers?

Hi everyone,
I am back. I feel compelled to tell everyone that I don't work for FFG, a game store or a distributor...I'm as surprised to get my hands on this today as you are.
I may be strange, but the contents of the Rewards deck were as interesting to me as the aliens. In case anyone else is interested in the contents of the Rewards deck, here it is:
Rifts: 3, 4, 4, 5 Kickers: x3, x2, x2, x0 Artifacts: Hand Zap, Space Junk, Finder, Card Zap, Cosmic Zap Negotiate (Crooked Deal): 3 of these Reinforcements: +6, +5, +5, +4 Encounter: M, -07, -04, -01, 10, 10, 10, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23
Let me know if you have questions about specific aliens. Typing out all 20 would be a ton of work, heh...
Chronos looks the same as it ever was, best I can tell. (I don't have all the iterations of all the classic aliens memorized, though.)

Don't worry, we'll settle for 300dpi scans.

If you're familiar with the Eon/Mayfair powers, any of them receive FFG tweaking or are they pretty much the same?
-
-
I have a ton of questions, but I’ll try to behave and limit myself to these. At least for now...
 Thank you.
What is the Wild Magician? If possible describe Fury’s power. If possible describe Mercenary’s power. Deuce’s second encounter card is played after the first one is revealed?

Okay, here's one ... I'm curious to know whether Bully (a) still mentions moons, (b) has been rewritten to handle moons without specifically naming them, or (c) has no idea that moons exist.

I'm not deeply familiar with how they all used to be. I want to say that Bully has been tweaked considerably, but otherwise they're very similar to what I remember. Bully has a ton of tiny text on it now with special cases.
All of the powers have been written using the FFG terminology, of course.

Lots of text, but essentially you play 3-card monte with your opponent's cards to decide what encounter card he uses.
Quote: If possible describe Fury’s power.
The power of vengeance. Get a token for each ship you lose. Burn tokens to add/subtract 3 from your side's total.
Quote: If possible describe Mercenary’s power.
The power of bounty hunting. As main player or ally, if your side wins, gain defender rewards as if you were a defensive ally in addition to any other benefits you get for winning.
Quote: Deuce’s second encounter card is played after the first one is revealed?
Looks like both are revealed at once. Place the second card after both sides place their first, but before revealing.

I have seen zero references to moons on any card, alien, or anything in this expansion, and I think I've read them all once.

That makes me sad ... or at least provisionally sad until I see it in person.

The warp shows Mercenary as an old Lucre power as well. I would assume Mercenary-FFG uses the reward deck instead of Lucre?

Merc gets the same rewards as a defending ally -- ships from the warp, or cards from the deck (main or Rewards, if you're using that variant).

One of them seems specifically to address what happens if Filth is in the game, only....there's no Filth. It does make my eyes hurt, though...

Re:
What about Merchant and Ghoul?
Is ghoul still defender rewards for destroying tokens in an encounter? (If so, that seems redundant based on Mercenary...)
I'm liking the synergy going on between the powers and rewards deck...

Also, is Hand Zap as powerful as I think it is?

EDIT: Nevermind, I asked a dumb question after looking at the Warp.
Anyways, I am shocked by the alien selection. Seems to me that many very unique classics are being skipped over when they handle areas of the game that none of these newer aliens touch upon, except for planetary interaction and taking advantage of the Rewards Deck. But oh well.
I know what classic aliens I want in the next expansion: Filth, Gorgon, Mesmer, nerfed Aristocrat (no initial hand).
