As you may have heard, JKLM Games Ltd has been forced to go into liquidation. The company has had a difficult time recently, and the point has come where our creditors would no longer allow the company to keep trading.
In order to explain what this means, allow me to explain the structure of JKLM. JKLM is a family of companies - JKLM Games Ltd is the manufacturing company, making new games. JKLMnP Distribution Ltd is the distribution arm, distributing games from JKLM Games Ltd and many other manufacturers. JKLM Direct Ltd is the direct sales company. And JKLM Holdings Ltd is the parent company that holds them all together.
It is only JKLM Games Ltd that has gone into liquidation. The distribution and direct sales companies, and their parent company, are still actively trading, and will continue to do so in the future.
JKLM Holdings Ltd intends to launch another manufacturing company. This will start by producing those games which JKLM Games Ltd had planned to produce. The rights to these games are held by the designers, and they have agreed to allow a new company to take over the publication so that these games can be produced. When these games are produced, all preorders will be honoured.
I'm sure you'll understand that this is a difficult time for all at JKLM, and while we're happy to answer any questions as best we can, please understand that this is currently an ongoing process, so while we are working to progress from this in the best way possible, we don't yet have all the answers to what this will mean for the future.

Ouch!
Would JKLM care to clarify the position here?

The information I've posted is the information I got from Markus. I've passed Bryan's message back to him, and asked him to talk to Bryan directly.

Why did you post just to criticize a non-native English speaker's grammar? Next time, please consider correcting via Geekmail.

Flood ? Is your name ?
Are you a flooder too ?
