Hello,
I have a question on the dispatch and the offensive tour (I don't know the exact name for this because I vave french rules) .
We can dispatch 3 units the offensive tour during dispatch phase but are the 3 units counting in the small/large (5x/7x) dispatch or are they moving apart from this dispatch (5x+3/7x+3) .

If you ask about dispatch to Siege Tower that you have to subtract units send to siege tower from units send to Foreground. If you send 3 units to one tower you can send 5x-3x=2x or 7x-3x=4x units to Foreground.
