Some time ago, I realised that they (AEG) finally changed the "Fall 2009" date into "TBA".

Now I wanted to check again - and found out the page is gone.
No link to Art of War on the AEG website anymore.

I would have been satisfied with cardboard chits in place of plastic minis just to get the game. Oh well, maybe it will see the light of day at some point in the future.

That looks like an entirely different game, since it appears to be a multiplayer varaint for their CCG product.

I am very sad that this game appears to have been cancelled. It could have been the best of their boardgame line.

Any news? Troll and Toad ( http://www.trollandtoad.com/p291472.html) have a December 22 release date, but there is NOTHING on the AEG website and NOTHING here.

So is this confirmed dead, or what?

Not that the market needs to be flooded with Japanese themed titles, especially since Shogun (1986) is being reprinted this summer, but it sure would be nice to know something...anything about this after following it for so long.
