DISCLAIMER: Jeremiah_Lee, the designer of Zombie in my Pocket, is one of my real-life gaming buddies, a fact which has no bearing on the contents of this review. The BGG Imperial Reviewers Legion prides itself of being incorruptible. Also, being the tight-fisted independent game designer that he is, he didn't even offer me a free review copy of the game. I had to buy it for myself. Pffft.

It's always a joy to see another of the Legion's reviews!
I'm glad the game met with the Emporer's approval. After all, "De mortuis nil nisi bonum.".

Of course, in this case it would be "De unmortuis nil nisi bonum."

Credit for what? Most Likely To Not Be There When You Need Him?

Zombie in my Pocket has hit the big time! Thanks for the review, it's great to see the game being played by the famed Playmobile® Legion. It's nice to see they've captured the spirit of the game.
I love the "...they don't really need our help, do they?" line.
I really appreciate the time and effort you put into the review, and I hope you get many more fun/agonizing plays of ZimP in.

Another game with the "make sure we all win but I win more" theme is Orcz. I heart that game.

You know you're on the right site when that's the first thought...Pretty sure that's a Detroit Tigers hat though, as famously worn by Magnum PI...

Excellent review, like (almost) all other Playmobil ones. As the nitpicker that I am I have to mention that I was looking through your other reviews again and noticed that the double double word error in the review of a certain desert planet strategy game still is in there despite a statement in April it would supposedly be fixed soon

Great job.
Now go do some more - and if you can bring the monkeys back that would be nice.

If someone ever sends me a copy of Monkey Auto Races, I will oblige.

The monkeys are funnier because no one expects them in a non-monkey-featuring game.
Anyway - where's the next one!? I have at least 27.6 free minutes this evening during which I can think of nothing better than enjoying your next installment.
We really need a 'lashing' emoticon, I think...
