Yes. Rule 3.6 in the ASLSK #3 rulebook states this correctly.

Yes. There's nothing in the rules that says a Melee cancels/negates the emplacement TEM or that a crew has to be in Good Order to claim the emplacement TEM.

Guns are Weapons, so Rule 4.0 covers this. Basically, Guns are treated the same as SW: you have to make a recovery dr to take possession of an abandoned enemy Gun, and once you possess the Gun you can voluntarily destroy it during the PFPh or the DFPh, but doing so counts as the use of a weapon for the possessing unit.

Yes, although the B# would be *reduced* by 4.
So, if you have a pinned (+2), exhausted (+1 CX), Non-Qualified (+2) unit manning a captured (+2) Gun, they won't be able to hit the broadside of a barn (+2 TEM wood building): a total +9 TH DRM.
