So, What do these instructions do?

Hopefully.. . .
Turn 1
3 Cultists in Kislev.
3 Cultists in the Empire (2 get eaten by a Bloodthirster)

Turn 2
2 warriors in Kislev.
2 Cultists in the Empire (2 get eaten by a Bloodthirster)
2 warriors in the Empire

Turn 3
2 Cultists in the Empire (2 get eaten by a Bloodthirster)
1 warriors in the Empire
1 GUO (kill the Thirster!)

3 cards, any of them cost 0?, Kislev>The Empire

Turn 4
2 Cultists in the Empire
Come on. The entire Nurgle force pool is on the board.

1 point Left ? - Rain of Pus with most Nurgle attack dice.
3 cards, any of them cost 0?, Kislev>The Empire

Seems OK.

X X XX X X . . . Just ideas and words below here . . . X X X X

The Bloodthirster Rule. ..... what am I thinking . . this is nuts.
The Thirster will kill Nurglings 2, maybe 3 per turn. but there is just nowhere to run...
Maybe just keep stacking attack dice until you kill the thirster every turn.
Maybe just have 3 more figures than domination value
But, A region with Corruption and a Thirster still looks better than an area with 2xKh warriors and nothing.
Maybe just automatically leave any area that has the Bloodthirster. on the assumption that EVERY area must be easier than that. Maybe Khorne could use that to herd Nurgle to Death...

If a Bloodletter is in Brettonia, the override may make Nurgle go to Estalia instead, if there is only a Tz Warrior there.
If a Bloodletter is in Estalia as well, oh well, say hello to the Bloodthirster because you already have a cultist and a corruption,. . .

The Bloodthirster rule is currently suspended.
The Bloodthirster rule makes life complex, with maybe not enough payoff for the extra complexity. Maybe looking at the Bloodthirster is another way to do it.Maybe, Pretend any province with the Bloodthirster in it just doesn't exist.

Trying to score points is way different to putting 2 corruption in a province. Eggs in one basket? Sticking them all in one makes it much harder to run. Or scatter them so they will mostly have no effect?
Playing first really is asking to be wiped.

And, What do you do with a problem like a Bloodthirster?
Especially since the Bloodthirster can see Nurgles instructions, & he knows where it is going to next....
Maybe accepting the idea of a Bloodthirster is just how it has to be.

Not sure this is worth the effort. . . .XX currently editted out XX

The Bloodthirster Rule. .. Total the number of enemy Attack Dice, halve it, and Subtract the number of Nurgle cultists currently standing very nervously with them.
If the resulting number is positive, skip this region and check if any of the other populous regions have a lower number, and go there instead. Kislev>The Empire>Brettonia>Estalia as a tiebreaker.
Bloodthirster =4 , with 1 cultists means play here BAD dont play here.
Bloodthirster =4 , with 2 cultists means play here because you are a stupid Autoplayer.
Bloodthirster =4 , with 3 cultists means play here OK, fine but do grease yourself up with Mayonaise. Maybe next turn the GUO will turn up with a Rain of Pus.
Less toxic areas should be moved to, when possible
