My copy of Albion was missing blue wooden pieces (both settlers and legionnaire) so I emailed customer service at Amigo Spiele on 20/04/2011 asking for a replacements.
I really couldn't imagine I would have received missing pieces so fast, indeed I've received an envelope yesterday (see photo below) 26/04/2011.
Sonja from Amigo Spiele sent me replacements with a letter of apology for missing parts and also with a "plus"... a ballpen with Amigo logo on it!
This post is only to show that good customer service really exists.
And Amigo Spiele has it, definitely.
This is my public praise for that company.
