Love women in action movies and shows. It all started with Diana Rigg, in the Avengers.

Two - one to read the relevant rule from the book, and one to argue about how it's properly interpreted.

Depends on how you define 'light'....
Are we talking about whether it has 5 or more movement points?
The equipment assigned to it in the TOE?
NATO symbol or historical pictogram?

Is it Summer of '43? How many hindrance hexes between the wargamer and the lamp? If they roll an 11 or a 12, that wargamer is out of lightbulbs and another wargamer will need to roll to see if they have lightbulbs, APDS, or the capability to pop smoke.

Is the wargamer in supply at the time of the attempting screwing? What is the defense factor of said lightbulb, and are there any TEMs in effect. Does the wargamer have to soak off against the light SWITCH in order to attempt bulb screwage? Does the lightbulb have a valid retreat path?
