The rule concerning pulling the goalie says that you refill your hand up to six until you verbally declare "goalie back in net" (and then you only refill your hand up to five).

But that's with the standard rules. What about doing that with the All-Star rules?

I would play that you can only put the goalie back in after a game stoppage. Otherwise, you keep drawing up to six until you realize the other player's coming too close to your scoring zone, and then declare "goalie back in!" and don't replace the card you've just played.
