I don't think I agree with the assessment of Billy's character in this thread. A big part of his character was that he could lead, he was just too young. They made several references to the fact that he was a great political mind and would someday become a powerful civilian leader. The only problem is that politics as a career requires a lot of groundwork which he hadn't put in yet. He was more constrained by his age than his lack of ability.

Weapons Control: Attack two different types of Cylon ships in the same space area with Galactica. Galactica hits Heavy Raiders on a roll of 6-8.

How does this work? Galactica is never in any one Space area.

Ambiguous language here. It means, "Galactica attacks two different types of Cylon ships in the same space area."

Treachery Skill Cards
Broadcast Location: Reckless Skill Check: Increase the pursuit track by 1.

Human Weakness: Skill Check: This check is Reckless. Action: If at least 1 human player is in the "Brig", reduce the highest resource by 1. Then, you may do it again.

Sabotage: Play when a human player discards a Treachery Skill Card. Draw and resolve a damage token of your choice. Only one "Sabotage" card may be used per turn.

Broadcast Location is fine.
Human Weakness: What do you mean with: "Then, you may do it again." ???
Sabotage: Do change the damage from randomly drawn to choose a damage token? Why?

Human Weakness means "After reducing the highest resource by 1, check the resources again. Now reduce the highest resource by 1". So it's not straight-up "reduce the highest resource by 2", it's a "1 and 1" type thing.

Sabotage means that the Cylon who played it gets to choose either Pegasus or Galactica to hit, NOT the Current Player. Damage is still random.

This makes more sense. It's a good idea. We had also changes to same locations.
In our group we change this location to: Galactica attacks one Cylon ship and get +2 modifier if a raptor* is present in the same space area. And it has the passiv effect, that it attack automatically each basestar once, when Automatic Attack came from the CFB.
Explanation: This automatically attack is thrown by the admiral and does not take place if the location is damaged.
*In our group there is the house rule, that you able to activate the raptors into space and take some actions with them, or as pilot you can pilot them.

Human weakness: It is not very obvious, but it is logical. Perhaps you should find a different explanation.
Sabotage: Our group always understood it in this way. In the german version you could understood the card either way.

Fast Learner: If added into the check, cards are not revealed with IC.

Again, this was due to an initial lack of rules understanding, but without the rule there's very little reason to add cards to the check straight away.

I don't understand it.
Is this the disadvantage of her? How does this work? When do you not reveal cards with IC?

Does "during" mean I get my Movement AND two Actions or does it mean I sacrifice my Movement for an extra Action?

I would think the latter. The former would be very powerful. I think it's like she has an auto crit-sit in the Hangar Deck. Maybe it should say "you may take an Action as your Movement step."?

ETA: But I'm probably wrong, because Mark likes to think up crazy OP shit.

Hey, that's not my Seelix
And this drawback is even more pointless then mine!
And she doesn't draw green, but her OPT sure doesn't warrant a Boomer-draw.

Sorry, don't like

You confused me.
Please explain me Dee's "Fast Learner"-Ability.
When it is her OPG, why doesn't say it "once per game"?
Perhaps it should reworded, to understand it right.

Ok, just got up not that long ago and was going to ask to rename Daybreak to Brutality...

Nice job Schmloof!!

But i claim full copyright for the brutality name!!

Chief's new OPG is interesting... not sure about his OPT but it can be convenient if combined with an XO from somebody

I was glad to try him out (THX Mindy!)

Why not dust off some Pegasus tech and make the OPT a Movement: ability:

Movement: If you started the turn in the "Hangar Deck" location, you may take an action.

I think you are probably confused because the entire text isn't shown above, just the modification to it.

Here's the original, then add what Mark wrote.

Fast Learner: Once per game, before making a Skill check, look at the top 3 cards of any Skill deck (even outside your Skill set), and add all of them to either the Skill check or your hand.
