It is hard to conceptualise of some of those large (church/factory/apartment block) building hexes (e.g. 11O2 or 12R7/S6/S7) having 'alleys'. Anyone else considering some sort of LOS restrictions (making the 'alleys' be the open spaces around the building) or simply forcing vehicles that enter those hexes to commit to going IN the building?

I think alleys are fine. There are VERY few buildings that would fill a 100m hex.

Just because the hex has a church does not make the church cover the entire hex. I think it would have hard to draw the exact detail and scale the church actually is and the surrounding buildings. Alleys are just implied and assumed to be driven into if not following a road or specifically placed in the building.
