I asked my friend if he can buy one copy of Indonesia in Essen for me. When he returned, he told me that guy just before him bought last available copy... D´OH!

I checked splotter website and they say Indonesia is almost sold out and they have only few copies with damaged box.

So, question is... is there any chance for reprint sometimes?

You could always order online. There appear to be copies here and here in the UK.

Splotter still has a limited number of slightly damaged copies available on their website. I highly recommend getting this game, it is absolutely awesome.

There should still be some shops with copies, as noted above.

As for a reprint: same story as for Roads & Boats, Antiquity, and also Indonesia - we'll likely reprint them eventually, when there is enough demand. As both Indonesia and Antiquity sold out recently at the Essen fair, I think it's safe to say that we'll do a R&B reprint first ;-).

Think the reprint will be of the same quality? I think that's been a big sell with everyone.

BTW, my last game with Indonesia I tried a suggestion of using cubes for the goods instead of the production tiles flipped onto their backs. I really think it shaved 30min off of the game. At the beginning of the Operations phase, I simply placed a cube of the appropriate color on every production tile. Then players shipped those to the cities. They are easier to see, easier to move, and easier to clean up at the end.

I use wooden houses instead of production tiles (the wooden houses from Power Grid actually work pretty well in terms of quantity and color matching).

I'd argue that production tiles and wooden cubes for goods are better, and here is why: generally, once you place a production tile, it doesn't move, while goods move constantly. And the goods fit perfectly on top of the tile which means you can fill the whole board up with cubes in only a minute. Unless you are using the expanded fan-made board it seems that using wooden houses will clutter things and then make it harder to get to the tiles being used as goods?

This is a further call requesting a reprint of Indonesia, and indeed R&B.

I have nothing to offer you in return, apart from cash and gratitude. Please accept them. Please.

Better late then never, good things are worth waiting for. I think i got my copy shipped from the USA here to me in Finland, so not TOO easy to get a hold of, but definitely worth it.
