Enjoyed several games of my favorite BG and the political track counters still somewhat bugs me.

Anybody come up with a more creative, elegant solution for keeping track of the political track situation?

Cheers.

Look in the Files section. Alternatives are offered there.

Thanks, but I've been through the files section.
I was hoping for some alternative (ie. not counters).

Resin beacons ?

I haven't checked the files so this might be duplicated somewhere.

Would putting a miniatures for each nation in the appropriate box work for you? Granted you may need that unit eventually to deploy to the map. But easy enough to remember and work around that.

Dan. Thanks.
The minature solution is ok. Still not as grand as, I think, the politics of ME should be.

We all know and enjoy the various home-pimping that goes on with this game. In that light I find it somewhat odd that no one has come up with some political track genious !?

Compact.
Metaphor-based.
Good use of Color.
Extremely functional.

The existing design looks creative and elegant to me.

Hi Jay,

For me, political counter functionality score is low.

After some 20+ games me and my mates still cannot properly tell the respective counters apart.

Although, nothing that detracts from this awesome game, I still think theres adequate room for some pimping of the political counters.

Maybe its just me ?
