The Issue Discs are a nice bit, but i don't know who made the decision to use white on yellow, they are impossible to distinguish. so does anyone know a good way to make them more visible?

That's what I had to do as well. Once I determined the game was a keeper, out came the black sharpie!

Agree. Very confusing design choice.

Yup. Definitely an issue. Sorry about that. Sharpie is a good solution.

100% agree, it's such an annoying issue. I can't believe it wasn't noticed in testing!

In his review, Marcin Mościcki reports using a sharpie to colour the entire sticker, then wiping it with his finger, and remarkably the ink wipes off all the yellow areas but remains on the white. See the posts starting here for more details:

Has anyone else had any success doing it that way, or attempted this?

Yep, I did it, and it worked pretty well. Not ALL of the markered non-white areas came off easily, but most did, and the pieces look much better now.

Here's how my attempt turned out:

I used dry-erase marker, so I'm not sure whether it will last. But playing the game with the white on yellow proved to be an exercise in frustration, and this has certainly improved things by making the icons clearly visible when playing.
