There are Red, White, and Blue boxes I think they are for the different years (Red 1792 to 1799, White for 1792 to 18XX, and Blue for 1805 and on) is that correct. I cannot find in in the rules or scenario book anywhere (if it is tell me where would be greatly appreciated).

"Note: For ease of reference, leaders (and fleets) whose entry and exit dates are coded red are available in the pre-1805 scenarios only. White-coded leaders are available both before and after 1805. The leaders with blue-coded dates are available from 1805 on only."
