The question being asked is:

Does Uhu score when he enters Mossie's hex?
OR
Does Uhu score when Mossie enters his hex?

And this is the list of hints i found in the rulebook and here in forums:

A. Rulebook, page 4, Scoring:
1. The Mosquito moves - no scoring
2. The German Fighters move ... The Uhu scores vs. up to two Mosquitos

Hurray, the rules are clear: Uhu scores in the turn he moves - when he enters Mossie's hex. Then you look at the score board and ouch ..

B. The score board graphics show complete opposite: Uhu scores when a Mosquito enters his hex

C. Michael Koznarsky, a game tester/designer states (Aug 15, 2009):
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/article/10869430#10869430
"...the rules are correct as written (English version.) The design notes merely discussed the transition of the game during playtesting. Initially different methods were tried in an effort to find the best way to score the Mossie vs the Uhu. In the end, making it the same as the original Duel game worked best.
The Uhu scores when it enters a hex with a Mosquito. "

Michael admitts that the old way worked the best and so they left it like that, and then he states that Uhu scores when it enters a hex with a Mosquito. We've go a little discrepancy in those two subsequent statements. Michael also states that the English rules are right - which means no scoring the turn Mossie moves, and Uhu scores when the German fighters move.

Well at this point, i was almost convinced - Michel has spoken: The English rules are correct, Uhu scores when it enters a hex with a Mosquito. The other statements may have been misleading being out of context ...
... and here comes the latest twist

D. A fellow BGG visitor Lukasz Biernat, states this as he was talking to Michael Koznarsky and Friedman de Pedro (Aug 17, 2010):
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/551250/qs-on-uhu-flak-se...
"I frequently mailed Michael and we talked about the Uhu (with Friedemann too), and I can assure you - Uhu attacks INCOMING mossies & bombers."

Friedman, Michael ... any chance for the final word? Pretty please.

I emailed to Friedmann de Pedro

"Hi Friedman,

please tell me if A or B is right:

A. Uhu scores when it enters Mossie's hex (German fighters movement)
B. Uhu scores when Mossie enters Uhu's hex (Mossies movement)

Which one is correct please, A or B?
Or are A and B both correct?"

The correct answer is B.

Friedmann is the main designer of the game so this is the answer.
English rules are wrong then.
