Rules clarifications I got from co-designer Darrell Hardy (my phrasing)

* When prospecting, you cannot peek at a tile that has the alien on it.

* You may fulfill a contract that has more minerals on it than you have access to by using bribe counters. This is also true if someone bids you up, and there are no more tiles you can reveal.

* If Meteor Storm is played on you, you may not attempt another action (in this way, Meteor Storm is unlike, and possibly more powerful than, Pirate Attack).

* You may play Sabotage on an asteroid tile that has multiple rockets on it. This is apparently the only way two players can occupy a tile concurrently.
