While looking for alternatives to my current dice storage, I came across this website http://www.bemygoth.com/elegant-dice-bag-tutorial/ for a dice bag sewing project. It seemed better than those basic square bags, and less cliche than the crown royal bags. After a few hours of craftiness, my reward:

Settlers of Catan does not improve with your house rules. The best option if you don't like the rules as written is to just select another game.

The fabric was just a basic fabric quarter at JoAnn's. The liner was a remnant.

I guess 'style' was a bad choice of words. I'm a n00b at fabric crafts. blush I just really like the design on the fabric.

I had to buy my leather dice bag at our local medieval market, called Spectaculum, in Worms. I had not the passion to build me a bag for myself.
