__

Please add a space after each comma in the second post. =)

Celina asked you the right question. If you make changes to the game, they should either change the very rules of the game, or be spoken of as purely decorative changes.

Which kind of changes are these, in your case?

What language is that? It looks like a hybrid of Russian and Greek.
I was trying to translate the title of the post using babelfish but I don't know which language to translate from.
Thank you,
James

It's Russian. He found a game called "Color Domino" and thought of telling the forum members about it.
I take it that Google Translate will do better in detecting the language. =)

I love Google Translate. Especially the "detect language" feature, because I have a friend who posts in Bulgarian on my facebook page.

Seven colour domino 28 tiles. Designed by Aleksei Skornyakov.

The game set differs from the existing counterparts, as the same numbers of pips on the different dominoes are of various, distinctive colours. The number of pips “zero” (blank) is indicated by multicolour stripes between the numbers of pips.

Rules of the game

The game can be played by two to four persons. Every player takes five to seven dominoes from a closed pack. The remaining dominoes are termed “the boneyard”. The game starts with any preset domino except double. The players play by “numbers” like in classical dominoes. At the first turn every player is allowed to put down no more than one domino. Any player can always put down two doubles per turn. Any player can play again, or pass the right of double turn to his/her partner whenever it’s a “2 vs 2” game, if after his/her turn the colours are the same at both ends of the line of play. When it is time to count the score all the numbers that are of the same colour as the number that finished the game, are to be multiplied by 10. At the scoring time, if the game ends with the same colour at the both ends of the line, all the numbers are to be multiplied by 2 more.

Seven colour domino 49 tiles. Designed by Aleksei Skornyakov.
Big multicoloured dominoes, 49-tile set

Big multicoloured dominoes consisting of 49 tiles of two similar sets of multicoloured 28-tile dominoes excluding seven doubles from one of the sets.

Rules of the game. Players play by “numbers” like in classical dominoes. At the first turn any player is allowed to put down no more than 1 domino. Starting from the second turn any player can play again, if after his turn the colours are the same at both ends of the line of play. If after a turn of a player the colours and numbers are the same at both ends of the line, this player can play twice in a row. If the game is played by teams (2x2, 3x3, 2x2x2), this player can pass the right of additional turns to its partner. The game starts with any preset domino except double. The round is dealt by seven dominoes, no more than two dominoes are taken from the boneyard at a time, any player can always put down two doubles per turn. The first played double serves as spinner for two more lines (from the ends of the domino), if during the game the dominoes are placed in form of “cross” instead of a line. During the additional turn a player can put down a domino only in the line that already has the same colour in it. The double itself is not a line and its colour is not to be considered.

Scoring at the end of the game. All the numbers of the same colour as the number that finished the game are to be multiplied by 10. If the game ends with the same colour at the both ends of the line, all the numbers are to be multiplied by 2 more and if the game ends with the same colour and number at the both ends of the line, all the numbers are to be multiplied by 5.

The player after whose turn the ends of the line have the same dominoes may abstain from using the right for additional turns and announce the end of the game. The sum of all scores goes to the player (team) with the biggest score “on hand”.

Variation of the game. The game ends with victory of the player after whose turn the ends of the line have the same tiles.
