Hey all,

I'm just your run-of-the-mill gamer.

For those that care- I'm a full-time Computer Scientist, graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology. Strangely, I still don't consider myself too too geeky (despite the gaming hobby), as I love most 'normal' things, like sports, cars and being social.

I started with CCGs, discovered wargames towards the end of middle school (found a copy of Robert Heinlein's Starship Troopers for 5 dollars at a flea market), and fell in love with the idea immediately. Primarily played Games Workshop games in college, and now I just love any type of game =).

For explanation's sake: Top 10 are what I consider to be the 10 best games (that I've ever played). Hot 10 are what I'd like to play the most, at present, for my own reasons =).

Also, I've started logging my game plays pre-BGG. I'm just putting one play/every other day or so starting in 2004. This is just to keep track of WHAT I've played, and HOW much. The # of plays should be pretty darn accurate, the results a little less so (I'm still young, it's easy to remember most of my whole life ).
