It has only been since the start of 2008 that I have been able to play games anywhere near as much as I want (and more opportunities would not go amiss). From that same point in time I have also been getting to play quite a range of games, 61 new games in 2008 (instead of just the main three I was previously playing).
Living in a little world of my own was a big part of how little I used to play. As was not having much in the way of disposable income. Both are less of an issue now than they were in past years.
* The Game Played information on my profile starts from January 2006.
* My Top 10 is simply the 10 games I rate highest (with the games 4-10 being those I like most out of those I have rated 8). When rating I use a slightly modified version the BGG suggested system.
* My Hot 10 is the games I've played the most over a three month period (most recently updated to the end of
October 2009), with ties being decided by how much I want to play them again.
* I only log face-to-face games, and all expansions get logged as 0.1 plays to keep from inflating stats. That also allows me to see what expansions, if any, were used during the particular session.
I take part in the
friendless extended game stats.
