Hi! I'm a swiss gamer coming from Ticino (Italian speaking part of Switzerland) where there are no boardgamers whatshoever (well, there are three on BGG). This is why I was introduced to board games only after I moved to another canton (a French speaking one).
Video games have always been my passion and have been playing since the beginning of time (my time)! But I feel the multiplayer experience has degraded over the years pushing too much towards impersonal online games against random people. Ok, games such as Terraria, Borderlands, etc. are awesome with friends... but to me, nowadays, multiplayer = board games.
I have the chance to share my life with someone loving board games (even complex ones) and this also saved me from being a perpetual solo gamer, since she's my only gaming partner.
I've a BSc in psychology and an MSc in neuroscience.
I'm now obtaining a certificate in neuropsychology along with a second master in learning and science technologies (yeah I know. They're totally unrelated).
