The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
If searching everyone on the planet is deemed reasonable, what would constitute an unreasonable search? If there is no such thing as an unreasonable search, then the 4th amendment is rendered meaningless. If it is meaningless, it no longer is operative. If the US Constitution is no longer operative, then the US Government is itself acting in an unconstitutional manner.
