Active boardgamer and board game collector since 2007.
Everything started from crush on
Magic The Gathering (something like ten years ago). First I've played it on PC, then got pack of cards as a gift from friend, moved to the
Magic Online and spend noticable amount of time and money on it. But this wasn't social activity I've hoped for... So I've buyed a bulk collection of cards and arrange "home-drafts" for my friends. That was real fun! And I wanted more of it.
Arkham Horror was second great hit in our gaming group, and my first "real" board game.
Puerto Rico was number #1 those days, so it becomes my second purchase. I've started to digging up the BoardGameGeek community more serioustly: reading reviews, buying games, gathering people around me and my hobby. My collection constantly keep growing ever since.
Definately, I fell in love with all this fiddle cardboard universe

I'm living in
Estonia, Tallinn - a small country in Europe, which is located between Finland, Latvia and Russia. Not so much of a board game community here, but I hope we can change it in near future.
I've always been interested in theory of games, so called "fun-factors" and complex simulations. Eventually, I want to realize myself as a game designer someday. On the amateur lever at least.
Even games without board can be extremely fun
