************@ Secret Sinterklaas (in response to a mail from Nov 21):
Wow, a Secret Santa who has lived in the Netherlands, even Utrecht! I hope this is the right way to respond to your mail.
And to answer the question whether I have been geek enough this year... well, I visit BGG daily, my collection is doubled, I've been to Essen for the first time, I've pulled a lot of (non-gamer) friends into the Dominion hype and my Decktet games have been published in the revised Decktet book that has just hit the market, and my girlfriend recently suggested we should look for a new gaming closet... I would call that quite a geeky year!
If you have any further questions, you know where to find me.
Some useful information about my wishlist for Santa:1. Must have:
Games I have to have, one way/day or another.2. Love to have:
Games that have convinced me already, so I will probably get them eventually.3. Like to have:
Very interesting games.4. Thinking about it:
I'm not directly interested in these games, but these are on my radar and I have to think a bit more about them. There might be some good games here though.5. Don't buy this:
I use this category for tracking some good kids games. I don't have kids though, so I have no hurry at all with these games.
So, in short, just look at categories 1, 2 and 3 and you're safe
Also, I don't have any problem with secondhanded games (at all) - as long as they are complete and in good shape, of course.
