Originally from Chicago, Il (Go Bears!) My wife and I met there many moons ago. Now we are empty nesters, finally!. The wife doesn't game much but occassionally indulges. My two boys (now young men) play a bit when they are home and they will sometimes attend cons with me. I am always looking for a good boardgame to play.

I enjoy 80's music and modern retro music.

My favorite book series is Colleen McCullogh's "First man in Rome" series.

I can't wait to be a grandfather. I'd love to teach my grandkids how to play board games.

In spite of what my all time favorites seem to indicate I do enjoy many euros, and will gladly play many of them. I am also enjoying the newer hybrid type euro/wargames. [Imperial, Struggle of Empires]
