I like wargames. I played GW games as a kid and got into hex and counter wargaming after I bought a copy of
B-17: Queen of the Skies for a couple of dollars about two years ago. Since then I have spent a lot of my spare time (and dollars) developing my wargame collection. I already have more games than I have time to play.
I tend to enjoy games that cover battles/conflicts that I have read about so world war 2 games, esp. ones set on the eastern front and in the pacific theatre, get played the most. I also love playing space hulk, bloodbowl, and second edition 40k.
I play tikal and carcassonne with my wife.
My daughter is too young to play board games but I have caught her sneaking into my study and playing with space hulk miniatures when I have forgotten to pack everything away after a game. She moves the genestealers around the corridors making growling noises...
