"Starting at the buzzer, in thirty seconds, name for me as many birds as you can think of."
I've always loved to play games but have only recently been sucked into the black hole of board game obsession. Typically, games for me are a social event, a way to hang out with people without having to, uh, converse much. Card games have long been a staple in my house, usually played with copious amounts of alcohol.
Stumbled across some gamers via meetup.com, basically as a way to meet people out here in my adopted home of New Hampshire. Have been getting into the eurogames; haven't touched a wargame since playing Austerlitz
back in the 80s. Not that I'm opposed to them. Would definitely be interested in meeting other gamers in the Lake Sunapee/Kearsarge area.

8 year old daughter I don't have as much free time as I used to, but thankfully my partner enjoys playing games too.
The Top 10 are the games I'm into at this moment in time; Hot 10 are ones I haven't played but am interested in trying.
