I am a game designer (video games by vocation), with an almost insatiable interest in analog games.
I left my job of Technical Writing to pursue a dream of design games by attending game design school in Vancouver. While there I took on Analog Game Theory that only heightened my interest in analog games – due in no small part to the analog game I had to create for the final project. The program culminated with our group video game design project. Our project was selected as the 2006 Student Game of the Year from the Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Arts (

Upon completion of the game design program, I accepted a job as a game designer in Vancouver. While this takes up most of my design time (and brain), I still maintain a healthy passion for new designs and approaches to game design of all varieties...
