I'm the co-host on the 1 Player Podcast
, a podcast dedicated to solitaire board gaming. I enjoy board gaming whenever I get the opportunity. I enjoy gaming with most of my family and my siblings, playing with my local Memphis game groups (especially at the Comic Cellar), and playing solitaire.
I enjoy a broad type of game, but my favorite game is actually the game in playtesting. I enjoy getting involved in playtesting because it gives me an opportunity to get immersed in a game and interact with the designer. I like being able to think more deeply, not just about how to win and play the game, but about the game itself and its design. I like being able to effect the design of a game and I try to always give great feedback on playtests that I am involved in.
I'm also an Orthodox Jew. In the lingo, I'm shomer Shabbos, shomer Kashrus, and attended Yeshiva and Kollel in Israel for about nine years. Meeting fellow Jewish gamers and designers is always a special excitement.
I'm always up for a game or a conversation, online or offline. Feel free to reach out to me.
