...Teacher, Gamer, Birder, Disc Golfer!
Welcome to our profile page! My wife Holly and I share this page, submit posts, images, etc. and learn about games together. We are both teachers...music teachers actually! We both are avid birders and we both play Disc Golf any blessed chance we get! Oh and of course...we both play boardgames...any games...any time...it really doesn't matter, it's all good!2014 and 2015 Game Goal: Our gaming goal for 2014 was to play every game in our collection. We made it to playing 650 different games from our collection. So I think the only thing to do is to continue into 2015 and try to reach the goal.
I will say we have greatly enjoyed returning to our older games again. We even discovered that some of those old games were better than we first thought. We are better gamers and better rule readers since the beginning days of some of our oldest games and our enjoyment of those games improved because of it.

Chuck Norris is our young boy...named so because he was a very sick kitty and had to be tough to survive! Three weeks...we had to wait for him to get better before the Humane Society would let him come home with us! He gets pretty bored when we play board games and wonders when we will come play or love him instead. He is pretty careful around games! He looks for a safe up to the table and steps in between all of the game pieces or cards...which is quite amazing to see...and then receives his love from my wife and generally sits down right by her for awhile...then leaves! But he loves dice...the slightest sound of dice rolling brings him to the game table and he has been known to steal one quickly! Here's his pic...
The elder and wise cat Gretal really doesn't get the gaming thing, but she will participate. She likes to sneak up to the game table for a visit, stretch her legs...in the middle of the game table...receive petting from each player, then lay down in front of the best petter! She also has been known to hack up a fur ball on a box top or two! But we love her and try keeping our games as far away from her as possible. Here's her pic...
Colonel Mustard passed away from Cancer Aug. 5, 2009! We will miss you buddy! You were the best gaming cat in the world! Game Wishlist:
