Hi, my name is Steve Barrera and I've been gaming for as long as I can remember. When I lived in Virginia in the 1990s I was introduced to the new generation of Eurogames by some of my co-workers at my University job. The first game I got hooked on was Settlers of Catan. Now I live in Raleigh, NC, and have been thoroughly enjoying our era's Renaissance of board gaming.
In my youth I played a lot of Ameritrash, and many of those classic titles are dear to me. I also enjoy roleplaying and, horror of horrors, Magic: the Gathering. And even Munchkin.
In my Top 10 games I have put the games that have been like milestones in my gaming life, in reverse chronological order. The Hot 10 games are what seems to be the most popular in my circles these days.
