This account is used by two people: Alan Compton and Susan Bilbey, so either of us might post. We own and run an on-line games shop in the UK: www.greenknightgames.co.uk
We both been playing games for years and we like all types of games. Most evenings we manage to squeeze in a two-player game - usually a light- or medium-weight Euro. When it comes to a longer game, Susan is a big fan of Arkham Horror.
We have a regular RPG group, but with busy lives, not everyone can make it so we often fill the gap with an evening of board games. Most popular are co-operative games and games with a lot of theme (comes from the RPG background).
Susan played a lot of games with the children when they were younger. When they were teenagersthey were not so keen, but now they're a little older, they have come back to play the occassional game with us - but only ones they like.
We used to do a lot of amateur theatre, but don't have to the time to commit to that any more. A couple of years ago we took up horse-riding as a 'lighter' alternative and greatly enjoy it as a break from normal life.
