I am a lifelong board gamer. The collection (which has some games purchased for our children) is shared between myself and my wife:
[b]I am a Golden Reviewer. If you send me a game, I will play the heck out of it until I plumb the depths of its strategy and tactics; then I will review it. That process may not be quick and packages can often take a month to arrive. Still I want a hard copy of the game if I'm to review it. The only types of games I refuse to play are party games and dexterity games. Still if your game has lewd or sexist artwork, makes fun of people from a particular race/religion/ethnicity or some other such group, I am probably not the person you want reviewing your game.
I also have a degree in philology (although it's not my field now) and can professionally translate most languages to English. If you want your rules translated, let me know. In any case, I'll want a free game out of it but if the rules are more than a few pages, I might want more. Again, GM me.
Finally, I'm a physicist, an Orthodox Jew and an Israeli. No wonder I'm an RSP regular, but remember that RSP means religion, science and politics.my GotW threadmy RSPer of the whatever threadmy blog on reading the Odyssey in the original Greekmy SF as literature blogmy language learning for reading blogmy Torah blog
