I rate games even after one play, but I usually write the number of plays in the comments, most of the time with the number of players) and I try and adjust ratings and comments occasionally (either after more plays, or by comparison with other games).

I don't rate my own games, but I do rate games designed or published by friends, as honestly as I can (and I mention in my comments that I playtested a game - it usually means several test games).

I am still trying to add some comments to all the games I have rated - an even more daunting task than I thought - and I hope I will be done some day (I have given up specific time goals - the original one was end 2006).

I am currently trying to trim down my collection a bit, so that it (mostly) fits into my current shelves in my current flat, by getting rid of games I am unlikely to play again often enough (especially those in big boxes). It also means that my recent acquisitions have been more reasonable (and fewer) lately than they used to be.

Update: I have entered ratings for the games I played at the Gathering of Friends, but they are still without comments, and likely to be slightly adjusted (also, the comments could be helpful regarding some of the lowest ratings).
