Brief History

Ares was a science fiction wargame magazine published by SPI (Issues 1-11), and then TSR (Issues 12-17), between 1980 and 1984. Each issue contained a wargame and articles. An Ares section was added to Dragon Magazine from issue #84 (April 1984) to issue #111 (July 1986).
