In 2008, Twilight Creations, Inc. released the game Humans!!! which turns the Zombies!!! game on it's head. This time, players take the role of a zombie and compete with each-other to be the first to eat or infect a number of humans. Various zombie roles provide the players with different stats and abilities. The player's movement phase is different from Zombies!!!, but the game otherwise plays very similarly. Humans!!! is a stand-alone game, but rules are included in the box for combining Humans!!! with Zombies!!!, so Humans!!! is directly compatible with Zombies!!!.

Humans!!! base game; features 60 humans, 60 zombies (10 of each new zombie), and rules both for playing Humans!!! on its own and for combining Humans!!! with Zombies!!!

(2010) Humans!!! 2: Sea Food 16 new event cards, 16 new tiles, rules and 10 new zombie navy figure pawns with player card.

In 2005, Twilight Creations, Inc. revamped the game engine for Zombies!!! and added an Evil Dead: Army of Darkness-LIKE theme, and released it as MidEvil. MidEvil is a more strategic game and is not directly compatible with the Zombies!!! games or expansions.
