The Battle for Hill 218 Coming to iOS
Nils Hellberg and Chad Ellis have posted that a version of the 2-player card game The Battle for Hill 218 is coming to iOS. Here's the lowdown from Nils:ec8or wrote:- App will be universal and should support pretty much any iPad, iPhone or iPod device.
- Play vs. computer with two levels of AI (from the Java version)
- Online play through Game Center or play a local friend over wi-fi
- Game Center achievements
- Voice chat
- Full retina support
If you want to try it out against AI, the Java version can be found here. Nils expects to submit the game to Apple in February. This is a very fun, fast 2-player card game that I think will work incredibly well on a mobile device. Oh, and before you ask, there are currently no plans for an Android version.
