We have dawdled so long on these that new scenarios have come, and as chance would have it, they fit straight into our chronological record.

This is a new one from the forthcoming Generals, Marshalls and Tactics expansion, though we played it with the Regular 70 card deck.

After some scuffling on the French Right, and bringing up the artillery, it became apparent from the French hand that all the action must take place there (5 Left cards). As chance would have it, the cards then fell nicely for France, with a Forced March getting the units up close, and pushing over the ridge to slaughter the Portuguese (and their English masters)

French: 9 +1 Command Card disparity
Allies: 3
