Asmodee Merges with Obsidian and Pathfinder Adventures
It seems like we've been talking about new Pathfinder Adventures news just about every day in preparation for the PC/Mac release on June 15. Something new we just learned today, however, is that the aforementioned release is being done via a partnership between Obsidian Entertainment and Asmodee Digital.

It sounds like Asmodee will be taking over publishing the Steam and mobile releases from that point forward. Not sure about the GoG and Mac App Store versions, but the GoG logo does appear at the end of the new trailer. Neither, however, is mentioned in the press release.

That's all we really know at this point. Will they be tying purchases to our Asmodee logins? Will Pathfinder still use Game Center? Will my children ever love me? It all remains a mystery at this point.

- Pathfinder Adventures for Android, free

Fantasy Flight Games Confirms that Elder Sign: Omens Moving to 64-bit
Before we get people confused, let's cover what the App-ocalypse is again. Rumors have it that, when the new iOS is released this fall, it will make 32-bit apps obsolete. Thus, any app that hasn't been updated to 64-bits will not function if you've updated to the latest iOS version.

There are lists of many, many games where we're unsure if they'll be supported and upgraded to 64-bit. One of them was an old favorite, Elder Sign: Omens. Thankfully, Fantasy Flight Games posted this yesterday:

Yea! One less board game port we need to worry about!

- Elder Sign: Omens: for iPhone, $4
- Elder Sign: Omens HD for iPad, $6
- Elder Sign: Omens for Android, $4
