Lynn Willis (? - January 18, 2013) was a game designer who designed role-playing games and wargames for Metagaming, Game Designer's Workshop, and Chaosium. He was the longest serving staff member of the game company Chaosium, joining the company in the summer of 1978. Willis became an important designer of Call of Cthulhu role-playing game products and was an important designer in refining the Basic Roleplaying system for games such as RuneQuest. He previously designed board games for Metagaming and Game Designer's Workshop.

In September 2008, it was disclosed that Mr. Willis had Parkinson's disease. He passed away on January 18, 2013.
