Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures Game:: X-wing hi-res upgrade/weapon card template By: TV0R

This is a upgrade/weapon card template for X-wing. I was not happy with the quality of anything that I managed to find on the internet (I can still see the printer texture :cry:), so I decided to create the card template from scratch.
It is upscaled (a lot) and it has a small margin (maybe too small, only 0.5 mm, but better than none) to allow easier cutting after you print it.
PS users will most likely have to download missing fonts.
For people that don't want to/cannot work with PS, I included simple PNG images with transparency, which are as simple to use as it gets in any text editor.

The template is not completely identical to existing card design, as its intended use is to make custom cards or easily identifiable proxies, NOT counterfeiting existing cards.

Let me know if you'd like anything changed, I'm open to suggestions :)

Pod Race is a Star Wars X-Wing total conversion customized to depict the Boonta Eve Classic from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. It’s been designed as a convention experience, and has been created for my own amusement. While the rules represent a significant departure from the Fantasy Flight Games Flight Path System on which it is based, many core details remain the same. It is assumed players of this game are familiar with the Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures Game, so these rules will not cover basic mechanics that X-Wing players will understand. Refer to the X-Wing Miniatures Game: Rules of Play as well as a sense of community and fun for anything not covered here.

CREDITS

Any copyrighted materials by Disney and Fantasy Flight Games remain respectively and respectfully with the owners. All of the art, styles, fonts, and design elements were gathered from Fantasy Flight Games properties and various fan sources on the internet. At least two copies of the X-Wing Miniatures Game is required to make use of this file as intended.
The concept and idea to do this at all was inspired by BGG User DB Draft and his Pod Racer rules file post at https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/116069. Many Thanks!

In the Aturi Cluster, a peripheral system without much presence from either side, some pilots have been interred in a secret Imperial prison.
A small group of daring pilots is sent to rescue the prisoners. Just before the mission starts, an Imperial GOZANTI Assault Carrier docks at the prison. The rebels devise a daredevil new plan...

This campaign is a supplement to the popular “Heroes of the Aturi Cluster”-coop campaign. If not stated otherwise, its rules apply. This campaign cannot be played without the HotAC material and rules.
The gist of this campaign is that it outfits the players with a mothership, a captured Gozanti carrier, that they can outfit and strengthen over the course of the missions and take into battle on several occasions.
The campaign can be played with a maximum of four players. Any rebel ship can be taken only once. The Gozanti Assault Carrier expansion is needed or needs to be proxied.

Enter the number of expansions/sets you own in the yellow row. Additionally, add the number of individual cards you have bought (positive number) sold/traded (negative numbers) in the yellow column. The other columns will automatically update with how many copies of each card you own.

Sort by upgrade type column or upgrade name to find cards you're looking for. You can even sort by the cards you own. Sort by the first column to return the list to the original sort order (which is roughly by release).

My latest update to a scenario that pits the Rebel forces against an Imperial Star Destroyer with screening TIEs. This scenario uses the energy management system of a huge ship to operate the ISD weapons and to regenerate its shields. This version is also a condensed version for use a conventions (set squad lists, established weapon types and positions). I will be using this version at Gen Con 2017.

This update also includes changes to the shield generator and bridge mechanics as well as an addition to the Rebel Special event tables.

Tired of playing stand alone missions and dogfights? Want to have some sort of long term purpose and meaning to those dogfights and missions? Try "X-Wing Squadrons" where the goal is to manage resources and destroy the other persons squadron through long term play (multiple gaming sessions).

Intent:

Provide purpose to otherwise stand alone missions and dogfights, and to introduce resource management while also maintaining a simple and common sense system that can be used with any situation (it works with any mission, dogfight, or campaign). Also, provide a fun way to maintain a "high score" record to beat (i.e. in your gaming group, who can make the longest squadron run and/or have the squadron with the most kills? Who can accumulate the highest SPP before "retiring" the squadron? etc).

Basic Rules:

Just about everything is carefully outlined on the record sheets regarding rules, in condensed comments, and the general rules should be common sense. However, not everything can fit on the record sheet. For specifics see the included "X-Wing Squadrons Rules" document.

Feel free to change any point values in the record sheets. These values were tested and tuned to be difficult, but you can change anything here to suit your tastes.

V1 of the X-Wing Junior rules I drafted for my 7 y/o nephew.

X-Wing Junior changes some frustrating rules for kids, simplifies some mechanics, and focuses on the small-ship dogfight element versus the list building element of the game. This doc is intended to be a drop-in replacement for the core rules.

The structure of this document is based on the wonderfully succinct v2.3 rules summary from Universal Head, using images available from FFG's online rulebooks.

The second of at least three scenarios set within the Rebels timeline. This time, the Rebels must evacuate what they thought had been a secret base hidden within an asteroid field. This scenario includes a special (and destructive) damage deck for the asteroid base and several events that occur randomly during the battle. This is an Epic scale match, using 2 Assault Carriers and 1 CR90, plus a bunch of other ships.

A little bit of feedback pointed out some errors and provided a few suggestions to simplify the evacuation process. Additional tokens were added to help track which weapon is located where.
