After a 3 week nomination period, and a 2 week voting period the results are in.
Last year GMT's P500 member 1989: Dawn of Freedom looked like it might have a shot at getting onto the schedule... a long shot, but a shot nonetheless. It didn't make it to printing, but it made back into the Political category tearing down the walls.
Taking second and preparing for a Kickstarter launch chicken-brained politicians are set to duke it out in Chicken Caesar. Coincidence that this is launching in an election year... or prophetic?
GMT took yet another slot with Andean Abyss focusing on 1990's Columbian politics.
Yet another Kickstarter that I regrettably missed out on, Divided Republic followed. With this a Presidential election year and the numerous Civil War Sesquicentennial Events this should get some extra attention.
The last slot was filled by a Stronghold title with little information, but looks intriguing... Article 27: The UN Security Council Game.
Without further ado here are the Most Anticipated Political Games of 2012 as determined in this most unofficial, informal and unscientific experiment.
