I provide the United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority Mail Tracking Number - that number is your ticket to finding out info on the parcel. I am not responsible for parcels that get lost in your country. Once it leaves the USA it is totally out of my hands. I recommend insurance which is usually under 5.00 if you are an int'l buyer. Please note I have never had a bad experience, but I work in shipping and hear of people who have bad experiences (Sorry no sales to Brazil- really)
