Recommend

I'm a sucker for custom dice. It is my goal to create a list of games with custom dice as there is no simple way to search for them. I invite anyone reading this to help me with the list. It will be alphabetized to make it easier for people to find a particular title.

In order for an item to qualify, the die should have more than 1 custom side. I don't think games with 1 custom side should qualify, unless that 1 side is used to count as something entirely different rather than whatever number is missing.

Please add an image of the dice whenever possible.

I can't speak for all the items within this geeklist, but the dice pictures that I used were all pulled from BGG. If you click on the picture, it should link you to the image and who uploaded it to BGG.

All the dice in this game are custom. There are six dice rolled on offense (each with different faces) and one rolled on defense. In addition, there are two additional dice (the "Play" die and the "Referee" die) that are rolled each play to cover random acts like penalties, turnovers, and breakaway plays.

There are six expansions available, each of which consists of 28 new dice (6 offense dice and 1 defense die for each of 4 teams).

Uses two sets of custom dice:

5 black dice for ordering types of units (infantry, cavalry, etc.)

3 white dice for special actions with French, British, and Prussia flags. For other scenarios, they make stickers available for French, Russia, and Austria.

Most of the dice are standard RPG type dice of various sides, but there is 1 brown D6 that is shaped somewhat like a football.

I like the die so much, I picked up another.
