ADDING ITEMS TO THE GEEKLIST
For each item you must list the level of language dependence, the edition/language, the condition of the game and your shipping terms. Please ensure that your shipping terms are very clear and unambiguous (which means don't use the term "mirror shipping"- write out in full exactly what you mean). It is your responsibility to ensure that the games you are offering are complete unless you have stated otherwise in your entry. Games should be sufficiently well packaged to arrive in the condition in which they are sent.
I encourage everyone to offer free shipping within Europe wherever possible, although I fully understand that personal circumstances vary and some really heavy games mean that this is not always possible. You are responsible for shipping your games in a timely manner. To keep the focus on Europe, traders from outside Europe must be prepared to pay the full cost of shipping games to them, unless an individual entry has other conditions. They must state in their listing that they are happy to comply with this.
If any of your items involve money changing hands (usually to cover shipping costs) YOU MUST STATE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE TRANSACTION COSTS.
If you change your mind about the game you are trading please DO NOT REMOVE IT FROM THE TRADE. Edit the entry to say that you are no longer trading the game, but keep the item in place as deleted items can cause a lot of complications when running the trade.
Sweeteners are required to be listed using the GAMEID formatting (Example: Coloretto; to do this: [ G A M E I D = XXXX ] minus the spaces). To find the Game ID simply search the game and at the right hand side of the games page is listed the Game ID. For example, Coloretto's game id is 5782. If you don't use this format your sweeteners won't show up in the OLWLG properly.
To insert sweeteners in the appropriate manner described above, go to Insert Geek Link - Board Game - (type the title and press go)
Do NOT include links to other game's BGG page in your entry unless you are actually including them as a sweetener. Again, if you include a link to a game in your description you will be required to ship that game.
If you would like to include a link to a game you are NOT including; use www.tinyurl.com (or a similiar service) to create a link that will redirect to the game's page.
ADDING "Pick X number of games" ITEMS
If you are offering a Pick X number of games from a list you are required to listed it as Outside the Scope of BGG (Game ID: 23953), Miscellaneous Game Accessory (Game ID: 5985) or Miscellaneous Game Merchandise (Game ID: 22104) and must include the +altname+ Pick X -altname- in the description. Use of the +altname+ brief description -altname- will only work if one of these is selected as the main item, and will not work for sweeteners. Therefore if you are allowing a person to pick from multiple sweeteners and are including a specific game; you are required to listed it as Outside the Scope of BGG (Game ID: 23953), Miscellaneous Game Accessory (Game ID: 5985) or Miscellaneous Game Merchandise (Game ID: 22104) and must include the +altname+ GAME NAME + Pick X -altname-.
Money and geekgold arbitrage is strictly prohibited. (please do not try to trade your €20 for someone else's €30)
Also, please avoid offering an exact subset of the item you are asking. (please do not try to trade your agricola for agricola + sweetener). The above rule has nothing to do with the values of the items - you may trade a low value for a high value item, as long as it is not an exact subset of the pack you are getting.
If such a "trade" shows up in the trade loops, it will be effectively disregarded and the user responsible will receive a warning)
SUBMITTING WANTS LISTS
Want lists MUST be submitted via the On-line Want List Generator (OLWLG), which you can find here: http://bgg.activityclub.org/olwlg/
If you haven't already done so, register your BGG ID on the Online Want List Generator by clicking on this link here: http://bgg.activityclub.org/olwlg/
Enter your BGG username and you will then be sent a Geekmail with a direct link to a personalised version of OLWLG.
For any item that you wish to add to any of your want lists click on the "Add" button. A pop-up appears with all the games you are offering, simply tick the entries you would trade for that item.
Please remember that when you add an item to a Want List you are agreeing that you are prepared to accept a trade for that item. You may be just as likely to receive the items on your Want Lists that you 'least' want as those you 'most' want so do not add an item if receiving it may leave you disappointed! Submitting a Want List is your agreement to trade for any item on that list.
When you have gone through the list click on the link at the very bottom "edit your wants" which will take you to a summary where you can make changes and rank items in order of preference (remember to save any changes).
Please remember to hit the 'submit' button after you have finished creating your want lists. IF YOUR LIST HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION GEEKMAIL.
When the want list submission period has closed I will draw down the combined want lists and publish them here with the trade results. Please wait for confirmation before setting up any trades.
Enoon took the initiative of collecting rates from various european countries in this geeklist to provide an approximation of shipping costs.

Please post questions to the discussion thread or geekmail them to me and I'll answer as quickly as possible. Although if you post them to the thread I'm sure someone will beat me to it with an answer!
Again, many thanks to Chris (cggritt) for all his work in running this trade for several years!
