FREDERICTON NO-SHIP MATH TRADE : NEW BRUNSWICK DAY LONG WEEKEND 2015
If you've never participated in a math trade before, some information and helpful links are at the bottom of the header for your convenience.
RULES AND GUIDELINESWe'll be using the On-Line Want List Generator (OLWLG) for want list maintenance, submissions, and trade results. If this is your first math trade, you'll want to head over to the OLWLG website (http://bgg.activityclub.org/olwlg/), and find the login link. Enter your BGG username and click submit, which will send login credentials to your GeekMail inbox. From this point, you should be able to access our trade list on the OLWLG site without much hassle.
You're currently viewing the Main Trade Geeklist. If you would like to enter a game into the trade, please find the "add item" link at the bottom of this header. If there is a game you'd like to see added to the trade list, please feel free to add an entry to the REQUEST Geeklist (https://boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/193489/requests-frederict...). Finally, if you have questions or comments about the trade, there is also a DISCUSSION THREAD (https://boardgamegeek.com/article/19751171) for us all to use.

(418 Queen St, Fredericton, NB)Please only enter games in this trade if you will be physically present in Fredericton at Unplugged, between the hours of 11am and Noon. Tables will be marked for dropping off and picking up games, and will be monitored by the trade organizer during the designated hour.
If circumstances become such that for any reason you cannot appear in person, you will be responsible for making suitable pickup/delivery arrangements (including shipping costs if required). These details must be arranged in advance, to avoid inconveniencing your fellow traders as little as possible. Please inform the trade organizer of any such circumstance by dropping an email to victorblackler@gmail.com.Boardgames, boardgame related items, Video Games, RPG items, Gift Certificates, GeekGold and non-gaming nerdy items are all permitted. There is no limit to the number of entries each person can have. Gift Certificates are permitted (especially convenient if they're for Unplugged!), but GeekGold arbitrage is not.
Non-game entries must be added as "Outside the Scope of BGG", "Miscellaneous Game Merchandise" or "Miscellaneous Game Accessory" and must include the +altname+ brief description -altname- format in the description of your item to ensure they appear properly in the OLWLG.You must describe, as accurately as possible, the condition of both the components and box, language and edition of your item and any sweeteners. You must also inventory the game's components and list anything missing and/or damaged. If you do not, the game must be complete, in like-new condition and be the most recent English edition.
Please - Do not delete or remove items from this List! If you cannot trade the item as listed, please follow these steps:
a. Edit the geeklist item
b. Strike out the old text: [ - ] [ /- ] (minus the spaces)
c. Add this to your item: "+altname+ Item Withdrawn/Relisted -altname-",
d. Change the entry Game ID to 23953 (Outside the Scope of BGG)
e. Be sure to submit a blank wantlist for the item. You may include more than one game or sweeteners in your offer. Additional games/sweeteners must be listed in the main item text using GAMEID formatting. Example: Coloretto is Coloretto, entered as [ G A M E I D = 5782 ] (without the spaces). To find the Game ID, go to the game's BGG page. The Game ID is on the right labeled "ObjectID:" The same ID is also embedded in the page's URL. If you don't use this format, your sweeteners won't show up in the OLWLG properly.
Work on your want list and submit it early to avoid unpleasantness. You can make changes and resubmit it at any time during the submission period.
Have fun and good luck with your trades! If you have any questions or comments, please drop an email to victorblackler@gmail.com.

It's best to work on your want list early since you can always make changes and resubmit your list anytime before the want list submission deadline.
Creating want lists is not the same as submitting them. You will receive a confirming GeekMail message when you submit your want lists (it may be truncated). If you don't get one, your want lists haven't been submitted properly.
Use of the OLWLG (On-Line Want List Generator) is required for this trade. If you have never used the OLWLG tool (https://boardgamegeek.com/wiki/page/OLWLG) before, please read the wiki page. Please consider tipping JeffyJeff (https://www.boardgamegeek.com/user/JeffyJeff) some GG for his ongoing support.
