****RULES FOR THIS TRADE****
You MUST send me a private message before the want lists are due to confirm that you will attend the trade day, or to let me know who will be there in your place.
You MUST include the language, edition and condition of your game. If your game is not new, in shrink, you are responsible for ensuring that the game is complete. If you received the game in a previous trade, verify that its condition is accurately described.
Starting from this trade, I will be keeping a complaint list. If you do have an issue with one of your trades, please keep me informed. Two strikes against a user will result in being barred from participating in future trades.
Our current banned list is empty, however I do have a name on the one strike list.
We will allow non-boardgame items. There will be a limit of:
Videogame offers - No Limit
RPG offers - No limit
1 miscellaneous offer (please check with me first.)
You can offer as many gift certificates as you like with the following rules:
***NEW & IMPORTANT***
GIFT CERTIFICATE RULES:
BGG has instituted a new policy regarding Gift Certificates offered in a math trade. Please see the following thread for the new policy - Cash Value Trades in Math Trades (and how to make a geek market listing for them). The one sentence summary: GCs are now considered like a sale, and are therefore subject to BGGs 3% commission. The person receiving the GC is responsible for the 3%. Failure to comply with the BGG rules can result in repercussions for the trade going forward.
What does this mean for us? There is more upkeep involved in GCs now than there was before. Fortunately, one of our faithful users, Volt26 has graciously offered to take care of the GC questions for this trade.
So if you have any questions regarding the new policy, please send him a message and he will answer your questions.Jonathan Brodeur(Volt26)Canada
Minimum value of $10
You must use the copies option to offer multiple copies of a gift certificate with the same value using this in the description box:
If you are unsure about anything, please feel free to message me and ask.
For all NON BOARDGAME ITEMS:
1) Enter the item as Miscellaneous Game Accessory.
2) Use the +altname+ (Your item name here) -altname- after your description so the OLWLG will list it by the name you give it.
FINALLY, you cannot include gift certificates in the wantlist of your own gift certificate. In other words, you cannot trade a $20 gift card for a $40 gift card. This list is to trade games, not make a profit.
